Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

(a) By placing an order on the Website, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected posters, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. (b) All orders are subject to availability, and Roos Fekkes design reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order. (c) Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

(a) Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased posters for personal, non-commercial purposes. 4. Shipping and Delivery:
(a) Roos Fekkes design will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors such as shipping carriers or customs. (b) Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
5. Returns and Refunds:
At this moment, we don't offer the option to return items. Check our FAQ for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Welkom bij roosfekkes.com. Deze algemene voorwaarden regelen het gebruik van de Website en de aankoop van posters uit onze webshop. Door de Website te openen of te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze Voorwaarden.

​1. Eigendom van Inhoud:
​Alle afbeeldingen, ontwerpen en inhoud die op de Website worden getoond, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot posters, afbeeldingen, tekst en logo's, zijn eigendom van Roos Fekkes Design en worden beschermd door intellectuele eigendomsrechten. Elk ongeoorloofd gebruik, reproductie of distributie van de inhoud is ten strengste verboden.
2. Aankoop en Verkoop:
(a) Door een bestelling op de Website te plaatsen, ga je akkoord met het betalen van de aangegeven prijs voor de geselecteerde posters, inclusief eventuele belastingen en verzendkosten. (b) Alle bestellingen zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid, en Roos Fekkes Design behoudt zich het recht voor om een bestelling te annuleren of te weigeren. (c) Prijzen en productbeschikbaarheid kunnen zonder kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.
3. Licentie en Beperkingen:
(a) Bij aankoop krijg je een niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare licentie om de gekochte posters te gebruiken voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële doeleinden. (b) Het is ten strengste verboden om de posters te kopiëren, reproduceren, doorverkopen of distribueren voor commerciële doeleinden zonder de uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming van Roos Fekkes Design.
4. Verzending en Levering:
(a) Roos Fekkes Design zal redelijke inspanningen leveren om tijdige verzending en levering van bestellingen te garanderen. We zijn echter niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen of problemen veroorzaakt door externe factoren zoals verzendmaatschappijen of douane. (b) Verzendkosten en geschatte levertijden worden vermeld tijdens het afreken proces.
5. Retourneren en Terugbetalingen:
Op dit moment bieden wij geen mogelijkheid tot retourneren aan. Raadpleeg FAQ voor informatie over retourneren, terugbetalingen en ruilingen.
6. Privacybeleid:
Jouw gebruik van de Website valt ook onder ons privacybeleid, dat beschrijft hoe we persoonlijke informatie verzamelen, gebruiken en beschermen.
7. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking:
(a) Roos Fekkes Design is niet aansprakelijk voor directe, indirecte, incidentele, gevolg- of bestraffende schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de Website of de aankoop van posters. (b) In geen geval zal de totale aansprakelijkheid van Roos Fekkes Design het totale bedrag overschrijden dat is betaald voor de gekochte posters.

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Het Nederlands Wetboek van Koophandel. Eventuele geschillen die voortvloeien uit of verband houden met deze Voorwaarden vallen onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken in Nederland.
